Book your event's day and time slot. You'll then receive a confirmation email or text. You will then be contacted to pick your flavors, theme and all details for your event then sent an invoice.
A deposit of 50% or full payment is mandatory to confirm your booking within 48 hours. Payment instructions and details will be sent via email. We accept major credit cards, cash and Zelle.
No worries, deposits are refundable up to 2 weeks before your event date if your plans happen to change. If you cancel within 1-13 days of your event, you will receive a partial refund of 90%.
Refunds will be sent in the same form of payment received.
